FRENDS strives to build every headphone and earbud with the highest attention to detail and craftsmanship. However, sometimes there are occurrences of defect. Should you experience an issue with your FRENDS within one year (12 months) of purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note the policy does not cover wear and tear such as scratches, dirt, make-up, water damage, loss, theft or other misuse. We recommend you treat your headphones as you would a nice pair of sunglasses and keep them in their carrying case when not in use.
All warranty claims are subject to FRENDS authorization and at our sole discretion.
FRENDS is not responsible for any return item lost in transit. We highly recommend using a shipping carrier that provides insurance and tracking.
