If you are not satisfied with your new FRENDS, you may return them within 15 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping.
Policy is applicable to purchases made on www.wearefrends.com.au For purchases made at one of our Authorized Retailers, please consult their policy.

Please note:
• Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
• Returns will be accepted within 15 days from the date of shipment
• Items purchased on sale are final and not eligible for return.
• If you received a damaged item, please email us at info@wearefrends.com.au within 3 business days of receipt to report the problem.
Return + Shipping Process:
FRENDS is not responsible for any return item lost in transit. We highly recommend using a shipping carrier that provides insurance and tracking.
